There are some extra activities that can be organised during the retreat such as excursion on SUP, Kayak or Massage service. We can also recommend you many beautiful beaches and spots to discover on the island on your free time.

Where ever you are on your yogic practice you will be acompanied to deepen and awaken into new spaces, adapting to wherever you are at and learning to listen to your body. For those that want an extra challenge and go deeper into handstand, arm balances for example we can offer personalised attention.
Not sure about Acroyoga and getting upside down? don’t worry we offer different elements of the practice that are accesible to everyone and depending on the interest and level of the group the practice will be adjusted. Its not so much about doing acrobatics but more about reaching new heights, building trust and new forms of connection.
We encourage people to rent a car, or coordinate with a few others to share a car so that during the free time you can explore, go to the beach or check out some places we can suggest to you like the San Juan Market, Hippy Markets, places to eat and some of our favourite beaches or kayak & SUP excursions.
We include the transportation to Beniras beach excursion and to Namaste Party


is an introspective journey where we emphasise breathing, alignment, flow motion and core power, to improve overall well being. Basic postures and creative flows combined together target an intense nonetheless respectful practice, stimulating ourself to renew our reality. In quest of momentum, we can cultivate body-mind-spirit strength & flexibility, as well as balance. I especially like inversions and core power, along with practice of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Rocket or Synergy Yoga.
During these sessions we invite playful forms of interaction as we explore movement and expression through different dynamics and fun exercises that integrates the qualities of these practices –
Acroyoga: blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. A practice that goes beyond the technique and cultivates trust, playfulness, and community. Classes will be accesible for everyone, as we will design the classes based on everyones level so from the most beginner to advanced practitioner will be able to learn and meet their edge in a fun and playful space. –
Somatic Explorations & Authentic movement:
Somatic practices are a way of observing and exploring ourselves through sensations, movements, perceptions,emotions and the natural surroundings. these will be mindful and interactive exercises related to the body, movement and breath as ways to raise our level of curiosity, perception and sensitivity.

Zara Rutherford

Zara has been exploring many movement, healing, spiritual and ecological practices over the past 10 years. For her life is a constant exploration of understanding the body, movement and expression to expand her perception, heal and develop her full potential. She is based between Ibiza and Mexico where she offers classes, workshops, retreats and sessions based in Yoga, Acroyoga, Thai Massage and Aguahara (aquatic experiences). She feels called to inspire and share this with others with the intention to cultivate a deeper connection and expressions through the body to our Authentic selves and invite in the qualities of presence, connection and play.

Ola Jas

Ola Jas is working as a Yoga teacher worldwide and integrates different techniques to work out and release the body, in quest of balance and a holistic well being. Her unique interdisciplinary approach of the movement is based on a circus experience- a fusion of sensations and presence. Putting emphasis on inverted postures and cultivating a genuine sense of touch, she likes to practice yoga, acro and massage sequences in a flow motion. Setting up new prospects to broader the vision, she calls further the imagination to expand daily life into a renewed reality.

the location

Ibiza is renowned for parties, but the mystic north with its wild nature and incredible beaches can only seduce soul seekers. Can Lotus, located in the countriside among  pine forests overlooking the sea and hills is an authentic Finca Ibizenca is a perfect and intimate setting for this journey of movement and self discovery.
Can Lotus offers comfortable and cozy accomodation in beautifully remodelled rustic house. There are open chill out areas such as under the carob tree, on the roof tops  and a wooden deck  which will be our playground space for the week. All directions of the Finca lead out into nature where you can explore a little walk in the forest and breathe in the vibrant surroundings.
There will also be a few excursion/ beach trips to some of our favourite secret spots on the island to enjoy the crystal clear waters, soak up the sun and see the sunset.
Ibiza has much to offer and if you have a few days extra you can explore the island’s wild, lively and colourful markets, stunning sunsets, sacred sites and alternative events and activities.
